1. Service Provision

port.pub is provided as a free service to the community. It is designed to help developers expose their local development environments to the internet for testing and sharing purposes.

2. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the service or the use or other dealings in the service.

3. Usage Limits & Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to terminate connections or block IPs that abuse the service. Abuse includes but is not limited to: hosting malware, phishing sites, illegal content, or causing excessive load on our infrastructure. We have a zero-tolerance policy for phishing and malware distribution.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless port.pub, its operators, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall port.pub be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

6. Abuse Reporting

If you discover any content on port.pub that violates these terms or is illegal, please report it immediately to abuse@port.pub. We will take prompt action to remove such content and disable the associated tunnels.
